This Saturday 3rd August, 4-6pm, is the opening of my next Carclew Foyer Gallery curated show: ‘Dance of the Dunce’ by Jayson Fox. This new body of work depicts what it means to be a social rogue, a miscreant, an uncouth youth or a street urchin. This exhibition will feature over 20 pieces across the multiple mediums of paint, print, ceramics and animation. Please join us for some afternoon drinks and to view the work at the Opening this Saturday.
The exhibition runs from 3rd-31st August

AND: one last thing……………….
I was thrilled to recently join the FELTspace team as a Co-Director. FELTspace is Adelaide longest running Artist Run Initiative, established in 2008. It is a center for the emerging contemporary visual arts community and an important site for the development, exhibition and discussion of new work by emerging and recognised visual artists in South Australia. We have our August exhibition Opening next Wednesday the 7th August from 6pm, with an Artist Talk at 5:30: ‘Orange Wrappers’ featuring Paul Hoban and Scott Pyle.
So why not do the rounds and check out my show at Urban Cow and Paul Hoban and Scott Pyle at FELTspace; share the local art love!
